This notice explains what RiderBridge collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as we can. RiderBridge, of Faridabad, Haryana, India, is responsible for this information.
1 What we collect from riders
When you apply for an opening we collect your name, date of birth, mobile number, city, vehicle, whether you own it, your experience, your preferred shift, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and any note you add.
2 What we collect from companies
When you send a hiring enquiry we collect the company or hub name, your name, your mobile number, your email if you give it, the city, how many riders you need, and any message you add.
3 What we record automatically
When a form is sent, our server records the time, your IP address and your browser’s name, so we can stop abuse and investigate problems. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this website sets no cookies.
4 Why we use it
- To call you about the opening you applied for, or about your hiring enquiry.
- To match riders with the companies they applied to.
- To keep our service safe — for example, to limit repeated requests.
5 Who we share it with
Riders: if you are selected for an opening, we share your name, phone number and vehicle details with the company you applied to. Companies: we do not share your details with anyone. We never sell personal data.
6 How long we keep it
We keep rider applications and company enquiries, including names, phone numbers, dates of birth and enquiry details, for 30 days from the day they are sent. After that we delete them, unless the rider or the company is onboarded with us.
Our encrypted backups expire on their own schedule: point-in-time recovery copies after 7 days and nightly backups after 35 days. Information we have deleted can stay in those backups until they expire.
7 Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@riderbridge.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98100 71804, and we will respond.
