The bridge between riders and the hubs that need them.
Delivery work in India still runs on phone calls and forwarded messages — “bhai, kaam hai?” We are replacing that with something simpler and fairer, for both sides.
Why we exist
A rider looking for work usually knows very little before they say yes: which company, what shift, what pay. They find out later, and they ask again and again what happened to their request.
A hub that needs riders usually gets whoever is available, not whoever wants to be there. Then it spends its own time on calls, follow-ups and no-shows.
RiderBridge puts the opening first. Every opening carries the facts a rider needs to decide. Every request reaches a person on our team, who calls the rider and matches them to the company they chose.
What we hold ourselves to
- 01
Riders choose
A rider applies to a specific company. We never send anyone where they did not ask to go.
- 02
Facts before promises
Pay, shift, vehicle and experience are on the opening, before anyone applies.
- 03
A person decides
Every request is read and every decision is made by our operations team — not by an algorithm.
- 04
As little data as possible
No documents, bank details or ID numbers to apply. We ask only for what we need to call you.
